Scarpediem provides its customers with the possibility of changing the size (or product if the requested size is not available). The cost of the collection service for exchange is € 8.00 and must be paid exclusively by paying this credit. Nothing must be paid upon collection of the products for which the exchange has been requested. The service is available only for collection in Italy and the choice of courier is made by scarpediem.eu.

The CHANGE request must be made by filling out the form below, after which it will be necessary to wait for the outcome of the request which will be paid by email with the link to make the payment. The products must be returned to the courier upon delivery of the new item and must be delivered in their original packaging, intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by the identification tag. The products must not show signs of use, except those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article. SCARPEDIEM will not be able to accept the return if these conditions are not correctly respected.
