  • CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?

    Yes, if you have second thoughts or the products have arrived incorrect or damaged, you can return the goods.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Returns are delivered every Thursday and will be processed and refunded the following Monday.

  • HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM WITHOUT RETURN FEES?

    If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please request a return through your order history and send photos of the damaged item to osg@scarpediem.eu or via chat on our website. As soon as your request is processed, our team will contact you to arrange a free return.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    You can request a return through your order area (you don't need a registered account on our platform; all orders are archived). Access your order is available through the button found in the return or exchange request procedure below. As soon as your return or exchange request is processed, you will receive an email with all the instructions. Return shipping costs are €8.00; for multiple orders, €5.00 will be added for each additional item. Return shipping is free if the buyer returns the items themselves. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return is for an incorrect or damaged item, after inspection by our staff, the return will be free of charge.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE

Follow the guide and request an exchange or return of your item.

1. ACCESS YOUR ORDER

Click the button below to access your order. You don't need to be registered; just enter the email address or phone number you used to make your purchase.

In the return request, you can indicate the reason. If you need a size change, indicate WRONG SIZE as the reason. To return a product, choose another reason. After submitting the return request, you can proceed to request package pickup in step 2.

2. REQUEST ITEM COLLECTION

From here, you can request collection of the item through the inPost service. Remember not to skip the previous step; collection requests without completing step 1 will not be processed. Once you request collection, we will process it, and you will then receive an email with a code to drop off the package at a Locker or inPost collection point nearest you.

HOW TO FILL OUT THE ITEM COLLECTION REQUEST FORM

If anything isn't clear, you can follow this guide to fill out the InPost item collection request form.

  1. PACKAGE TYPE: (always select MEDIUM size)
  2. ORDER NUMBER: Enter your order number, always starting with #SDM followed by 4 numbers
  3. NAME: Enter the name and surname used during the purchase process.
  4. MOBILE PHONE NUMBER: (will be used in case of problems on the courier's part)
  5. EMAIL: (will be used for communications regarding your return)
  6. DESCRIPTION: write the reason for the return
  7. RETURN PACKAGE NUMBER: Enter the number of packages to be collected.
  8. REASON FOR RETURN: choose one of the available reasons or if there is no valid reason for you choose OTHER
  9. CONSENT: accept the consents (only the first one is mandatory)
  10. Click on I WANT TO RETURN A PACKAGE

Now the procedure is complete, wait for the email (it usually arrives within a few hours) with the code and deliver the package to a Locker or inPost collection point.
