  • CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?

    Yes, if you have second thoughts or the products have arrived incorrect or damaged, you can return the goods.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Returns are delivered every Thursday and will be processed and refunded the following Monday.

    Si! Non aver paura di acquistare il primo cambio numero o articolo è sempre GRATIS.

  • HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM WITHOUT RETURN FEES?

    If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please request a return through your order history and send photos of the damaged item to osg@scarpediem.eu or via chat on our website. As soon as your request is processed, our team will contact you to arrange a free return.

  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    You can request a return through your order area (you don't need a registered account on our platform; all orders are archived). Access your order is available through the button found in the return or exchange request procedure below. As soon as your return or exchange request is processed, you will receive an email with all the instructions. Return shipping costs are €8.00; for multiple orders, €5.00 will be added for each additional item. Return shipping is free if the buyer returns the items themselves. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return is for an incorrect or damaged item, after inspection by our staff, the return will be free of charge.

  • COME SI FA CAMBIO NUMERO O ARTICOLO?

    Puoi richiedere il cambio direttamente dall’area del tuo ordine. Non è necessario avere un account registrato: tutti gli ordini vengono automaticamente archiviati nel nostro sistema.

    L’accesso al tuo ordine è disponibile tramite il pulsante presente dopo questa sezione.

    Una volta effettuato l’accesso:

    • avvia una richiesta di reso
    • seleziona come motivo “Altro”
    • specifica nelle note che desideri effettuare un cambio

    Ti ricordiamo che il primo cambio è sempre gratuito.

    Dopo aver inviato la richiesta, un nostro operatore la prenderà in carico e riceverai via e-mail tutte le istruzioni per completare il cambio.

In the return request, you can indicate the reason. If you need a size change, indicate WRONG SIZE as the reason. To return a product, choose another reason. After submitting the return request, you can proceed to request package pickup in step 2.
