WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Everyone! You can pay with credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and you can even pay in installments with ScalaPay!

CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
Yes, it is possible by choosing CASH ON DELIVERY in your cart during the purchase process.

IS THE PERMIT ALSO AVAILABLE ON THE ISLANDS?
Cash on delivery is not available on the larger islands such as Sicily and Sardinia.

HOW MUCH DOES CASH ON DELIVERY COST?
Payment on delivery has an additional cost of €3.00 which will be added at checkout.

Shipping is always free and there is no minimum order amount!

Yes, we ship throughout Italy.

HOW DO SHIPPING WORK IN EUROPE?
Shipments to Europe are handled by UPS express courier service.

WHICH COURIER IS IN CHARGE OF DELIVERIES?
To speed up our service we use various national couriers always with the Express formula

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a unique tracking code that will allow you to follow your order's progress, step by step, until it reaches delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 48-72 hours of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the courier will make another delivery attempt the following day. If you are absent again, the package will be returned to our office.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order using the form included in your order, attaching one or more photos that clearly show the problem. Click here to access your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order through the dedicated area on our website (Click here to access your order) until it has been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can no longer cancel it, but you can return it within 14 days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CAN I RETURN THE GOODS?
Yes, if you have second thoughts or the products have arrived incorrect or damaged, you can return the goods.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You can request a return through your order (Click here to access your order) . As soon as your return request is processed, you will receive an email with all the instructions. The shipping costs for returning the order (€8.00, plus €5.00 for each additional item for multiple orders) will be deducted from your refund. You can also use your preferred courier without incurring the return costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for your items until they have been received by our logistics. Check the tracking information provided by the courier for the return and verify that the package has been delivered. -
HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM WITHOUT RETURN FEES?
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please request a return through the "Orders Placed" area (Click here to access your order) and send photos of the damaged item to osg@scarpediem.eu . As soon as your request is processed, our team will contact you to arrange a free return.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

Returns are delivered every Thursday and will be processed and refunded the following Monday.

HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?
You can use your discount code at checkout by entering the code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" section.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SHOE SIZE?
On each product page, you can find a size guide that will help you choose the right size based on your foot length in centimeters.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RESERVED AREA?
You can access your Little Man orders in the top right. You'll then be asked to enter the email address you used to make your purchase. We'll then send you a 6-digit code to log in.
All orders are archived and will always be accessible through the email address used to place your order. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR ORDERS . -
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Our platform does not process registered accounts, only customers linked to registered orders. If you wish to delete your order data from our platform, please send your request to online@scarpediem.eu and it will be processed immediately.
